I don't have a good response to that. It's more of a job where I'm often climbing on top of things awkwardly and catching my dick on things as I slide back down, which would be worse if it was in a different position in a cage. I've tried. Caught painfully on the way down. Didn't have the key on me. Had one ball squished out for the rest of the night with the other stuck inside. Just no.
