Serious answer: if you wanna do this, get on PREP, then do PEP. Go to a doctor and take the drugs that will prevent you from getting HIV. Get your HPV vaccines if you're young or haven't had lots of sexual contact. Ass, throat, or penile cancer isn't a great look.
Use a condom for a hookup with some rando. To be honest it's not quite the same, but it's sooo much better than having hepatitis or HIV. You can ask for recent clean tests, but this isn't super reliable for hookup culture because all the STIs that stick with you (HIV, hepatitis, herpes) don't show up as positive on tests for generally at least 80-120 days. As for the short term ones, 90% of penile chlamydia cases have no visible symptoms, and about 70% of gonorrhea (more rare, but getting harder to treat).

Most of anal is mental. If you're serious about seeking it out, just do it as safely as you can. Find a long term, exclusive, tested partner for barebacking.

Men don't test as often as they should, and many don't even know that they need to test because their anatomy doesn't show symptoms for all the common STIs. Also, people lie. If you do all you can do to reduce risk, you can rest a lot easier.
