That is understandable. Even if most slaves wouldn't, some of them still would, and they are held to the standards of the lowest among them. It just makes sense to not even give them the option of causing a problem.

NTA but as a Master I always wanted a circular design, maybe something like chains encircling my initials, to be branded just above my slave's ass.
For stuff like barcodes or other kind of functional marks then something like a forehead would honestly work better. Especially if you need to scan it, can just manhandle her face into the scanner. Honestly I think it would look a bit garish, but I can appreciate how a slave would just love being visibly not a human. This is why body writing is fun, writing "SLAVE" on her forehead helps remind her that Master will always be their life. She simply has no choice in that.

Wedding stuff always struck me as how I want a slave, not a wife, not the correct kind of ceremony, but I must admit having a public ceremony celebrating a more romantic form of slavery is a fun idea.
The slave willingly walks into a venue, and drops to her knees before her Master. Pledges her life to His, before taking off her clothes and begging Master to accept responsibility for her fate, and to exert control over every aspect of her being. Traditionally ending in naked dogeza, reciprocated by Master pushing her face down further with His boot, before she is allowed to rise to a kneel, and thank everyone involved, her loved ones, her Master, everyone that she is finally permitted to exist as she was meant to.
