I find it so fucking dumb that most guys are not taught proper foreskin hygiene. I didnt find out until I was almost 20 that you're supposed to leave the foreskin pulled back almost constantly after it detaches from the tip in order to prevent redundant prepuce (overgrown foreskin).

Something like 90% of uncut men have redundant prepuce which can cause anything from the complete inability to orgasm from vaginal sex to premature ejaculation, as well as sometimes severe pain during sex. I unfortunately drew the short straw and have all of these symptoms, although infrequently.

From what I have read, when flaccid, the foreskin should not even cover the entire glans, and should only cover about the bottom 1/2 to 3/4ths of the tip, allowing the urethral opening to be exposed preventing urine from getting in the foreskin. The foreskin also should not be able to be pulled over the tip at all when erect.

Some individuals who maintained extreme foreskin hygiene from the time their foreskins detached and into adulthood can have foreskins which don't cover the tip at all and look very similar to a high and loose circumcision. What is stranger is that this is supposedly normal, as most guys are "supposed" to grow out of their foreskins after a certain age, but due to bad hygiene, you have people like me who can pull my foreskin about an inch over the tip of my glans, and hangs about an inch and a half off of my glans when flaccid.
