You're not going to get that, because VR only works with two of the senses. Do you really think you're going to get an accurate picture of being female when you can't touch/feel, taste, or smell anything?
Hypnosis can simulate all that stuff, but it takes work and people wanting a VR quick fix probably wouldn't be willing to put in the effort.
