The prostate is formed from the same segment of the mesonephric ducts as the floor of the bladder during weeks 6-8 of embryonic development, it can ONLY exist in the base of the bladder. A plausible futa would have the prostate in front of the vagina, just behind the bulbourethral muscle, and would form a distinct bump on the front wall you can most easily milk than in the anus of males. Also, imagine having blue balls and menstrual cramps at the same time. Or having a pelvic floor tear during childbirth that leaves you both loose-cunted and impotent .
