Depends on the shrink method, I'd imagine. With rays, magic, curses, etc. they'd most likely shrink with her, as the effect targets her entire self. Pills, drinks, food, and injections might not affect synthetic implants, as they're not connected to her blood stream, which would otherwise carry the "shrink toxin" through her body.
