not realy it all depends how you define "code itself". Technically, when any AI model trains on data or uses reinforcement learning and shifts its weights around it is coding itself in a sense. Mine will do actual coding though but within certain constraints. For example, lets say it greets me with saying "hello" and I say next time when you greet me say hi instead. If it then notes that down and greets me next time by saying hi, it coded itself.
