I change my position a lot but i like to put my legs to the side or stretch them in front with knees half raised. For extra legroom I have a raised main table (coffeetable) and use boxes for the kb+m to keep the arms rested. Poorfag setup but it werks.
The subconscious shifting in positions constantly actually helped relieve my sciatica. That's the main thing here, because any position for an extended time is damaging to the spine.
