Not really repair uninvasively.
Can you push it back in with no/minimal pain? Fasion a belt /strap with a little rubber ball or knob to keep it in.
Can't push it back? Get to ER before blood supply to tissue is cut off. Followed by tissue death, gangrene and then your death.
