Pee is not against the rules but generally should go in /d/. About 8 years ago or so when the toilet thread started it was explicitly stated that no pee would be in the thread but that's been broken so many times it's not worth mentioning as a rule anymore.
So best to keep it in /d/ but technically not against the rules. You'll run into opposition so it's best to use discretion.
