Whats your wrist size? If it's near 6.75" or less, then get the Seiko 36mm. If it's 7" and above get the Citizen. They will still work on 6.5" wrist but it they will look kind of big, especially if you're not used to smaller sized watches.
You can also check watchdives, baltany websites if you want to consider Chinese brands, or aliexpress.
