Whey protein is one of the more useless supplements because you can just eat more food. How hard is it to just eat or drink egg whites? It’s also low quality protein and many of can’t even be fully digested. You can only digest so many grams of protein at one time.
Here is the list of supplements that are actually worth it:
> Vitamin D3 (with K2 and A)
> Vitamin C
> Magnesium
> Zinc
> Fish Oil (high quality only)
> Creatine
> Collagen
That is pretty much it. If you’re an under-eater and need more protein just eat more meat or slam egg whites. If you’re not an under-eater you probably don’t need more protein but if you’re an athlete and just want to get more protein, again, just eat more meat or slam egg whites.
