Can relate, I went through a period of excessive diffuse shedding in October of 2023 and people said I was crazy despite me losing up to 100 hairs a day, in my case it was a thyroid issue since the hair stopped falling after I started taking meds. But recently I stopped taking them due to side effects and my hair started falling yet again, I will say my hair did start to feel a little bit thicker but I don't know if I was just imagining it. And yes I can see some very early thinning going on, checking with a derm is a good idea, don't let them gaslight you like they did with me.
