theyre coming back right now as part of the basedlennial reaction ive been speaking about. blundstone opened a shop in williamsburg a few years ago and all the basedlennial ex-hipster yuppies bought a pair and they wear them now with skinnies unironically as a geriatric protest against genz baggy sneakers and slippers fashion. they like pushing their babies in their strollers, wearing really gnarly red beards and asian wives as accessories, and blundstone boots and skinnies that makes their fupa bulge. it's honestly fucking disgusting but it adds to the fun of hanging out here bc on the other side you have extremely fashionable millenial women who are visibly disgusted by it as well
