Why does being obese not help with hair loss considering how estrogenizing it is?

Troons especially try to psyop baldies into taking exogenous estrogen to "reverse hair loss" and it can work, but why not in obese males who are producing large amounts of estrogen for years? Does nothing to stem hair loss.

The only possible answer is the other large factor attributed to obesity - inflammation. Inflammation therefore overrides the increase in estrogen and any positive effects it could have on hair loss. Inflammation IMO is definitely a large factor in why some people bald.
