It has surpassed all my expectations. The GS memes about faceted indicies playing with light and case complexity are actually really stunning. It's also visually exactly what I wanted, since the dial looks black most of the time. I'll take some movement pics later. I also love the bracelet, the profiles of the links are sort of industrial, but the mirror-polished bevels, especially the ones on the clasp, really elevate it. I like that everything is matte but then you get that nice finishing that gives it a tiny amount of sparkle. Even the hands are great, it's noticeably easier to read the time than my other watches. 9 years since I bought my omega and 2 years of actively being a watch-autist led to this, and now I'm honestly feeling I'd only get another watch if it was precious metal, something to wear as jewelry rather than as a tool.
