This guy >>76252981 is right they do really like fat injections but... it won't give that big plump round look. It'll take them up half a cup size maybe a cup size and its not guaranteed to stay. When they do augmentation, they ONLY use silicone gel implants which are more naturally shaped and better textured. They're extremely expensive in the US and not always available. If my wife had ruined tits I'd get a lift and gummy bear implants with that teardrop shape put in.
