Ending my second day of no food. Still no real hunger. I'm guessing that my ghrelin levels have already tanked due to my no dinner calorie deficit this past month. I'll get electrolytes next weekend if my mood and/or energy levels tank but I think my effervescent multi-vitamins cover my bases.
Considering that this will cause all my insulin related growth factors to crash and spike SHBG, I might have a normal eating day every week to reset those hormones. Over the month it'd be the equivalent of not losing a kilo of fat.
