I make a protein smoothie and add lots of ice. I keep adding ice until I make it thick enough that I can stand a spoon upright in it. Its super filling thanks to all the ice but also incredibly low on calories. 4 scoops protein powder, 300g yogurt, and just a shitton of ice and water, enough to fill the entire blender. If you still feel hungry you can keep adding ice and water to it, the flavor dilutes pretty slowly so on days where you're extra hungry you can just keep adding ice to it.
