You can't see the muscle definition due to the fat, but you can tell my muscles are relatively huge when you see me pumped up in the gym. I started working on incline bench recently, and in just a month, I got up to 255 for 6, and this is with close grip and full ROM. My most recent strength gains are in my triceps. I can do pushdowns with 125 for 6, but this is with a mechanical advantage of 1, so in a commercial gym, this would be like doing pushdowns with 250, and I'm not cheating with them or anything.
