Gym was okay today. They did that thing where the humidity in the gym increased 15-20% and everything felt extra hard for no reason. I was also a little late and had to poo when I got to the gym. Everything was shortened and I still burned like 720kcal in 63 minutes. The worst was when I was at a gym where the room I warmed up in randomly would change humidity, but the other room I trained in was always the same. So I would almost puke on warm-ups like 2-3 days out of the week, and by the time I remembered, I would always be overdoing it. You'll be like it feels kind of sticky in here. Why is my heartrate so high and I barely started warming up? Why am I sweating already? Then you start wonder if the lights are looking extra bright and thats when you are fucked. Glad my cardio is getting better now, its much more bareable. I can mostly recover between sets, just sweat more and need to rest a little more. I don't talk to people in the gym who wear versa grips. Also, I forgot the Ozium and someone stunk up the rack (not me). Really could have used it today.

Powerlifting probably. If you talk about people who actually lift, strongman. Its harder to larp doing strongman, and you have to have more athleticism. Depends on what you mean by autistic though.
