These charts are genuinely useless for anyone with significant muscle mass. I can definitely lose 20lbs, but no way in hell could I be 120lb without going hardcore duel mode and losing all of my strength. Also if the trends in that chart continue to the 6ft range they are horrificly inaccurate. I’ve known 6’5 lanklets that still weigh 250lbs. No way they are obese at that weight/height
