ROM is a weakling cope, prove this to yourself by elevating a 600lbs barbell two inches off the ground and failing to lift it in your widest sumo stance, or getting folded in two while trying to half squatting the same weight. Or by grabbing the bar from collar to collar and benching 600 lbs since the stroke is so much shorter now.
