Yeah it's a bit too hard to track accurately, so I don't count it for strength training. For cardio it overestimates, so I log 50% of it. My '600' calories burnt on the exercise bike lets me have little buffer so I don't stress about going 50-100 calories over. And seeing it go up each week is motivating too.
