That's mostly just a consequence of being online and therefore seeing the types of women that get more clicks and views online.
Obviously, those types of women that get those views are prettier and more genetically blessed (compared with the mean/average) and predisposed towards having relatively low-ish body fat without having to put in a ton of conscious effort and beyond even that having generally aesthetic bodies independently of their low/average body fat level, i.e., very clear skin, small waists, bubbly butts, etc.
IRL there are a lot of women who have low/average body fat but still aren't nice to look at with wide waists, skin defects, etc. and the average woman (and man too) will tend to be slightly chubby/skinny fat and nothing worth looking at.
Tbh the woman you posted is such a bad example of getting any kind of point across because all she does is illustrate that if you are born with genetic lottery good looks, height, small waist, good skin, pretty face, healthy-looking hair, etc. it doesn't really matter either way, even if you don't work out you are going to look good.
That's the same for men too, there are ton of ottermode-like Chads who probably rarely work out but will get way more attention than you/me and any other guys who aren't as tall, don't have the same frame, face, etc.
