it's both easier and harder. it's harder in that genetics play much more of a role (no matter how shit your genetics are, if you eat and lift right consistently you WILL look drastically different fast), it's easier in that if you have ok genetics, all you need to do is keep calories in check and do some basic cardio.
I've dated a bunch of girls in the past couple months, and I've gathered some data to be able to give a good judgment. you wouldn't believe how many women are out there that have a body like OP and do nothing but maybe visit a spinning class once a week. she's definitely fit, but if you took some definiton off her abs and some thicness off her thighs, I swear to god there's girls that have this physique who do NOTHING except not overeat.
On the other hand, there's girls that hit the gym 3 times a week in between 20km runs every day and look like dogshit. I don't envy them. we don't have it half bad guys.
