Are you breathing heavy or feeling exhausted? Are you top of zone 3 almost 4? Is your running path flat/hill? If not these things you are probably fine for “zone 2” training. A couple things about zone 2, first, zones are going to be different for different people. A lot of these calculators and charts are using averages. Second, your watch HR is going to be more directionally accurate rather than on the dot accurate. Finally, being just over into zone 3 by a few beats per minute isn’t going to completely negate your training.
All that said, slowing down, running on flatter courses, and running in cooler/shady conditions can help. And also as you run more your HR will get better.
