Also looking to do this but with wrestling. Looking to build up strength and conditioning first before I return to boxing and to learn a grappling art too.

We probably don't understand what this means. Gym 3x a week but then also "a lot more frequent to get decent" with boxing so "another 3-4x" a week? But that's 6 workouts per week? He'll be WAY too fatigued. I already think I'll be pushing the limit by doing 4 workouts per week. But I'll only be doing an hour and a half of wrestling and three hours in the gym including traveling there and forty minutes of cardio.
