The fact you're still posting images like this means you're taking time to wade through arousing content. You need to understand, any artificial visual stimuli which is arousing is incredibly counter-productive.
I've been on this road for a long time, everything you describe I have experienced, in-fact, your symptoms are more or less exactly what I used to experience.
Recovery:
1. Removing dysfunction causing stimuli.
2. Random physical health shit.
3. Facilitating response to healthy stimuli.

I've already said it, any visual stimuli which isn't a flesh and blood woman will negatively impact the speed of your recovery. When I first kicked this shit I remember going 6 months without porn, I then binged for a week and I was virtually back at square one. Yes.

Sleep is your best friend, you know the drill, no blue-light etc. at night, do relaxing shit, take magnesium 100-400mg (glycinate). cool.
I don't need to go on about training, if you want to learn cardio and weightlifitng 101, go look into lyle mcdonalds website, you'll find everything you need.
Circadian health: Get light asap with the sunrise, there's a special IR and UVA band which our bodies need to be healthy. Go listen to Jack Kruse about this.
Nutrition, if you're a young man, it's not really going to move the needle unless you're seriously unhealthy and have a ton of deficiencies. IMO the only supplements worth spending money on for general health are high-quality omega 3, magnesium, creatine. Everything else is to patch some deficiency. Get your vitamin D from the sun. Sunbathe for 30min a day shirtless whenever possible. Your diet should be mostly unprocessed meat and fruit, honey is great
