strength training is pointless, and these buffoons aren't even doing strength training

no warmups, motherfucks out here are going full retard on the daily, 2 sets of 4 or less

then they go fuck off to do the next half assed exercise

it's like these people never did any research on weightlifting and just picked fuck around

although my lifts are mostly pretty light at the moment I go up to 20 reps on my warmups, and then 10-15 on my working sets, so an actually effective bodybuilding routine
