I give a shit, because I once was strength training, and I realize how pointless starting strength was now, the compound movments are good but strength training is literally fluoridated shit for guys who watched too much pro wrestling

strength as defined by most people who lift weights does not matter whatsoever, stupid fucks are strong up until they tear their pec, and all sorts of stupid other shit, greggy doucette can't even squat anymore because he fell for the powerlifting meme when he was young

it is just flat retarded and suboptimal to train and be a healthy human being who can move their body in a reasonable way

I strength trained in high school injured myself on starting strength twice 15 years ago got the idea from here, tried it a few more times until I was 21, took 10 years off and now I'm back

1 I have terrible proportions for deadlifting, literally like some of the worst, very short arms long torso, very wide stance and feet point outwards and obstruct the bar path because knees are in the way, I was always told basically you have to deadlift 400 or you're weak I got my squat and dl up to like 325 3x5 back then but then I hurt my back multiple times

my shoulder press was always the best because I'm set up really well to press, pressed 160 for a 3x5 this year

got burnt out on strength training, and now it's just blatantly obvious how stupid building your whole routine upon dick measuring for insecure dudes online is

strength means nothing, am I working the muscle to proper fatigue, is my muscle getting bigger, does it feel good and properly worked, am I feeling any pain

these are the things that matter not the number or the ego attached to it, post your 18.5 inch arm and 28 inch legs
