I've read your posts, you need cardio and better nutrition. If you are fat then you need to become not-fat, aim for 15%bf or less, make sure you get plenty of nutrients like protein through chicken and vitamins though fruits/veggies. Fix your sleep schedule, bed early and awake early so you can get some sun on your skin for vitamin D. Get out and talk to people more because you may be depressed from undersocialization. Get a cheap blood test done at a laboratory and see if your testosterone levels are normal, if not then look up natural ways to increase test and do those for awhile
