No problem my friend, and yes eggs are absurdly nutritious for you. If you do end up counting calories then I really recommend weighing everything you eat and then finding out your best guess for the nutritional value on nutritionix, which is unfortunately down right now but it usually isn't

wayy more often than that, I would say at least 3-4 times a week and more if you enjoy it. I usually have to stop myself from running almost every day because it's still important to have rest days unfortunately which are miserable for me. Running is the drug that I'm replacing food with, and I usually run at least 3-4 miles every run, but you probably won't be able to start off running that far until you build your way up over time. Focus on maintaining a slow pace so that you can last much longer, because most people burn themselves out running too hard and too fast when they start their runs and then they only make it a mile or two, which is nothing
