An electrician can do that easily, just remind them that the network cables need to run full length and they can't cut and extend at will like they do with electrical cables. My dad did all the electrical and network wiring for my place and he didn't calculate the initial length well enough for all the corners and turns so there were some unconventional parts where I had to put some 3 inch cat 6 cable between two ports to bridge them. Not very sightly but it works.
