nta but the nvme will probably be bottlenecked by the network anyways so just put it wherever.
RAID isn't recommended on USB and if you're gonna put it inside the beelink you'll probably be using one of the slots for the OS, so no RAID there either, unless you're running the OS from a thumbdrive I guess.
