How does windows become "bloated"? Are registry entries from installed software enough to make things slow, or is it *only* programs running in the background that slow the system down? I have ton of music plugins installed (dll and vst3), and I wonder if those things have made my pc too slow for gaming now, since despite having a fairly good AMD build, I get terrible performance on some of the games I'd like to play
