For most users, yeah, only useful for swiping. Also, the enableSystemPromptCache option is good for most presets, since the system part is usually unchanging, but that is still only a very small save on tokens.
Using cachingAtDepth requires you to actually know what you are doing and tailor your preset to it to really get anything out of it.
