Framework's San Francisco satanic faggyness aside, currently this is my top choice for my next laptop. Overall it's what I would expect, but 5h on a 50Wh battery is just bad. Battery life isn't a high prio for me, but since I was able to squeeze 6h out of my current laptop 13 years ago, I expect more.
How is it possible that a GPD pocket with worse thermals is able to get up to 8 or 9h on low power with a much more powerful ryzen APU?

I have been using a 13" for ages and it's good enough to do pretty much anything. 8 and 10" netbooks might be too small to be useful, but I'm sure 12" is fine.

You're paying for getting a product manufactured at a much lower scale with repairability and upgradability that you can barely find anywhere else
