I just go with Cynel since it's domestically made, therefore piss cheap and readily available to purchase. 100g spool of leaded solder costs ~$7. If you seldom solder small hobbyist projects then a 16g vial of that stuff is ~$1.6.

As I said, "for such projects". As in, homelab servers that don't need those interfaces, that prefer x86's more power hungry but performant cores over ARM's power efficient but underpowered cores, not to mention the software compatibility where you'll have a hard time with ARM based CPU's. No point in buying Pi derivatives if you want to set up a NAS, Proxmox, emulator box or any of those projects people still see ARM SBC's as the go-to for.
