the analytical engine, while not produced, was conceptually a harvard-architecture computer with microcode, punch card input and printer output, it had writable memory and from what i've heard would have been turing complete
while it's not the more familiar von neumann architecture of most modern computers, i don't see anyone suggest it wasn't a general purpose computer
