What "AI features" do you hate specifically? Photo postprocessing? Keyboard suggestions? Gemini? Text to speech? Speech to text? Google Lens? Do you even know?
AI is mostly used as a tech marketing buzzword, it's even being used for phones that that only have the mandatory Google apps pre-installed.
In the end, you control the buttons you press and you're not forced to use any of it. If you're just having a knee-jerk reaction to seeing the word everywhere all the time, then no phone is going to help with annoying marketers or annoying whiners.
