Because it's a fundamentally faulty model. That's why they never updated Opus3 because it's a piece of shit that has zero context understanding. It's not able to understand and work with the shit you say.
I have basically unlimited Claude but stopped using Opus altogether. Opus4 is a massive fucking disappointment
