I'm by now a bit addicted to my smartwatch, but I'm trying to wean myself of of it. I like the trivia and see the numbers go up when I move/sport. But at the same time it makes everything I do have some alterior motive. A stroll in the park isnt just a nice stroll, but also a way to get my stepgoal. I know this is probably a me problem, but it somehow feels a bit dehumanising. That thing dictates when, how and why I move.
