Sorry if this sounds a bit nitpicky, but is this card supposed to be second person or third person? It mentions {{user}} in the third person in greetings two and three, but also has stuff like "your desk" in the first greeting, "you" in the third, and both "your desk" and "you'll" in the fourth.
