It has been a very long time since I took it. The questions were pretty easy, it's designed to filter out the people who can't into algorithms at all because amazon gets thousands and thousands of people applying everyday. You don't need to get a perfect score to move on to the next round.
Just take a few practice assessments on leetcode and it'll probably be a good estimate of how you'll do.
The actual filter is the 5-hour loop interview. After rejecting basically 90% of the people who go through it I concluded that amazon doesn't actually want to hire anyone.
