I've looked at the AM5 mobo sheet again and MSI's official site, they seem almost identical besides the Pro having an HDMI out only while the Gaming Plus Wifi7 has DP only, and the latter has a proprietary MSI fan/rgb connector you can ignore. The video out type is only relevant if you wish to use iGPU or want to troubleshoot a discrete GPU. I would personally go with the Pro since there's no real downside.
