Why an amp for IEMs at all? I get it if you want a volume knob but the $20 jcally or $50 qudelix have plenty of power for in-ears + $3 potentiometer from parts express should be fine for that. $600 buys you a decent tower speaker pair or subwoofer, a GPU, even an oled screen, which can add a lot more enjoyment to your desktop entertainment than an overspecced and overpriced amp. IMO it's the wrong product category to be spending hundreds on.
