No because these are the type of people always looking for a way to get everything for free. If he was willing to pay a decent rate for a quality developer, he would have done that from the start. He's going to insist that the developer he dumps that pile of AI shit on be able to quickly and cheaply turn it into solid, functional, complete code. The only people stupid enough to take the job will be those incapable of actually doing it.
