He's not going to give up his emotional attachment to the idea of replacing developers with a cheap product. You're completely correct that the code he has is less than worthless but he's never going to believe that. Pay and timelines will be set with this in mind as he thinks a developer can come in, make a few tweaks, and then his pile of AI shit will magically be an enterprise grade product.
